It’s almost summer in Copenhagen, I’m working on my portfolio and making my sweet (and patient) friend pose for me.
Today I received a mail I’ve been excited about receiving ever since I handed in the admission assignment for the Danish School of Design 3 weeks ago. I passed and got invited to an interview next week. This is pretty fucking awesome since only around 200 people get to go to the interviews! Wish me luck!
This is some of the assignment. It’s pretty commercial and there’s already a lot of things I’d like to change, but all in all I think it turned out well.OMG! I wish I could illustrate for H&M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT I SHOULD PROBABLY STATE THAT it’s not official illustrations for H&M!!! This is just a way I chose to handle a design task - an idea, a concept, a solution for an assignment!
Oh by the way, I drew two pages for SHORT STACK # 9 a year ago or so. It got delayed a bit, but I finally got the issue in the mail yesterday and it looks great. It’s weird seeing the comic again and I’m not exactly satisfied with it now, but it was a fun project to be a part of. All the 13 two page short stories are written by the same person, Shawn gabborin, and it’s really interesting to see the different drawing styles conveying different stories written by the same person.
